Mr. Holzwarth joined the firm in 2005. His responsibilities include assisting in the planning, design and inspection of civil engineering aspects of site development projects from the conceptual stage through the approval process to final construction. He is familiar with regulatory compliance and permitting processes, including environmental agencies, at the Local and State levels.
Mr. Holzwarth’s civil engineering experience includes storm water management design; hydraulic and hydrologic studies; athletic field design; dam improvement design, roadway improvement design; sanitary sewer and septic systems; and sediment and erosion controls. Other skills include preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimating and coordination with design team members (i.e., architects, engineers, surveyors, etc.) and municipal land-use officials.
Mr. Holzwarth has worked on a variety of projects including: Stamford Hospital, King School and Waterside School in Stamford, Indian Spring Pond Dam, several affordable housing developments throughout Stamford; and numerous residential projects in the Fairfield County area.
