Mr. Ginter joined the firm in 2004. His responsibilities include assisting in the planning, design and inspection of civil engineering aspects of site development projects from the conceptual stage through the approval process to final construction. He is familiar with regulatory compliance and permit processes for planning, zoning, and environmental agencies on the local and state level.
Mr. Ginter’s civil engineering experience includes storm water management design; hydraulic and hydrologic studies; roadway improvement design; septic systems; dock approvals; and sediment and erosion controls.
Mr. Ginter has worked on a variety of projects including: Convent of the Sacred Heart and Brunswick School in Greenwich; a 13 lot subdivision approval and a 6-unit condominium in Stamford; an affordable housing development in Westport; and numerous residential projects in the Fairfield County area.
