Mr. Conte began working with Redniss & Mead in 2007 as a college intern and joined the firm after graduation in 2009.

Mr. Conte coordinates with project design team members to create cohesive and functional site design. He strives to design stormwater management systems, site utilities, and ancillary improvements that integrate with the vision for the final site.

Mr. Conte’s experience includes creating drainage studies and reports, preparing sediment and erosion controls, grading and utility plans, preparing applications and coordinating the permit process for planning, zoning, and inland wetland departments at the state and local level.

John has helped to complete many residential, institutional and commercial projects in Greenwich and has significant experience with stormwater management and zoning regulations.

He has worked on projects including a new subterranean natatorium, faculty housing development and boathouse for Brunswick School; development of facilities at 1 Blachley Road for clients including NBC and Chelsea Piers; Boatyard and Water Club facilities for Beacon Point Marine; Conversion of the Greenwich Avenue Post Office to the Restoration Hardware flagship store; a new mixed-use commercial and residential development in Darien; and both small and large scale single family houses in the area.
