LAWRENCE W. POSSON, PLS
Director of Surveying
Mr. Posson has over 25 years experience in the land surveying profession. He joined the firm in 1985 and became Partner in 2006. He serves as Director of Surveying and Project Manager on many site development projects.
Mr. Posson has been responsible for numerous boundary and topographic surveys and construction layout of projects which included single family homes, multi-unit condominium complexes, and high-rise office buildings.
He is intimately familiar with title and conveyance mapping as well as municipal and state road improvement projects including the preparation of property acquisition maps and descriptions.
A representative listing of Mr. Posson’s projects includes a 39-lot subdivision for Indian Spring Land Company in Greenwich; layout and construction related surveying for the Greenwich Hospital; Meadow Ridge Life Care Community in Redding; Westover Woods, a 24-lot subdivision on Knobloch Lane in Stamford; Crowne Pond subdivision in Wilton; a conservation subdivision of the Treetops property in Stamford and Greenwich; Palmer Hill Homes on Havemeyer Lane in Stamford; Norwalk Police Headquarters in SoNo; surveying on various projects in South Norwalk for Spinnaker Companies and Q Properties; Shemin Nurseries subdivision on King Street in Greenwich; Woodway Country Club in Stamford and Darien, and numerous other residential and commercial clients.
Mr. Posson’s experience also includes mapping and processing for local, state and Federal agency permits including Planning & Zoning, Conservation Commission, Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Environmental Protection.
