Site planning was required to maintain the natural character of the property through preservation of specimen trees and sensitive wetlands for this 60 bed skilled nursing facility, 238 independent living units, with 40 assisted living units.  Land Surveying services included Topographic, Zoning Location, Consolidation, Construction surveys. Site development plans depicting the design of site grading, drainage and drainage reports, utilities, erosion controls and construction administration. Coordination with the City of Stamford Land Use Staff. Planning & Zoning Consulting services included preparing, submitting, and presenting the complete application to the Zoning Board for Text Change, Special Exception and Site Plan approvals. R&M also coordinated with City of Stamford governing agencies such as Engineering, EPB, Traffic, Planning Board, Land Use Bureau. We also prepared and sent neighbor mailings & correspondence and public hearing notices.
