A 92-unit condominium building partially within the floodplain of the Rippowam River. Design responsibilities included: floodplain compliance and backwater analysis; street improvements; sediment and erosion controls; stormwater management system; grading; and underground utility coordination. Land use permitting included changes to the Master Plan, Zoning Text, Zone Designation, and Site Plan Approval.
