So excited to announce that our client, Ironstate Development Company, opened phase one of Stamford URBY this week in downtown Stamford. The 4.3-acre excavated parcel that used to be called “the hole in the ground” will soon be home to 648 apartments within 11 architectural unique buildings surrounding a two-acre outdoor community and amenity space.
