Redniss & Mead provided land use planning consulting, land surveying and civil engineering services for the preservation and reuse of the historic Atlantic Street Post Office into 650 units of high-rise luxury apartments in two towers including ground level retail of 50,000 square feet.
Building and Land Technology has officially opened Harbor Landing Apartments, its newly constructed 218-unit building at 28 Southfield Ave. in Stamford. The apartments are surrounded by a six-mile waterfront boardwalk, two restaurants, a marina and a full-service boatyard.

Rick Redniss Stamford Native gets a well-deserved award
The head of one of the city’s most recognized land use consulting firms and a Stamford native was named 2016 Citizen of the Year.
Rick Redniss, president of Redniss & Mead, learned of the honor Wednesday afternoon during a surprise luncheon at his First Street office.
The Redniss & Mead team provided planning and zoning consulting, land surveying and site civil engineering services for this recently completed project for the new Stamford Hospital.
