Mr. Kuzmich joined the firm in 2012.  He is responsible for project management, design team coordination, and technical design work for projects requiring civil engineering.

Andrew specializes in storm water management design.  His other civil engineering experience includes site and roadway grading, zoning analysis and conceptual site development planning, as well as, mentoring junior engineers and training new staff (CAD/technical).

Andrew takes on new projects with enthusiasm and with perspective on the ‘big picture’.  He is proficient in the technical aspects of civil engineering, construction administration, and in effectively communicating with design teams, public officials, utility companies and clients.
