Mr. Polonia has over 15 years experience in the land surveying profession. He joined the firm in 1998 and currently serves as full time Senior Land Surveyor and Project Manager on many site development projects. He is responsible for numerous boundary and topographic land surveys, construction layout of projects, client contact and coordination with other team members. He reviews land surveying documents and maps to ensure accuracy and certifies them for less experienced and non-certified surveyors. He is also responsible for responding to requests for new work with written proposals.
He has worked on a variety of projects including single family homes, multi-unit condominium complexes and commercial buildings, all of which entail map and deed research at various Town and City Halls and State agencies. He is intimately familiar with title and conveyance mapping as well as municipal and state road improvement projects including the preparation of property acquisition maps and descriptions.
A representative listing of Cesar’s projects include: various mapping and surveys on the Convent of the Sacred Heart School campus, Stamford Hospital (various sites), and the Stamford Housing Authority (various sites); a three-lot subdivision on West Main Street in Stamford, CT for Cytec Industries which included the development of a 70,000 SF Supermarket; a four-lot subdivision on Old Well Road, Stamford, CT for residential purposes; and others.
His experience also includes mapping and processing for local, state and Federal agency permits including Planning & Zoning, Conservation Commission and Department of Environmental Protection.
