We provided property and in water structure surveys to validate the history of fill and lead the permit process where permits were obtained from local, DEP and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
We provided land surveying and site engineering services to this full service marina, swim club, club house, restaurant facilities and rowing facilities.
We performed surveying services including sub-marine topographic conditions and design of boat slips for this 46-slip municipal marina with launching ramp.
We were also involved with the processing of Municipal, State and Federal permit applications in conjunction with the Greenwich Parks and Recreation Department. Construction services included stakeout, final location and contract negotiations with marine contractors.
We mapped the mooring field, documented by historic data, and the position of the fixed pier and floating docks pursuant to permits from the Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Environmental Protection to retain and maintain all of the Club’s in-water facilities. After a storm destroyed the pier, we were able to redesign and obtain permits to repair and replace the pier under the Certification of Permission process. Coastal Site Plan Permits were also designed and processed for upgrades to the Club’s facilities, including building additions.
