Design responsibilities included: floodplain compliance and backwater analysis; street improvements; sediment and erosion controls; stormwater management system; grading; and underground utility coordination. Land use permitting included changes to the Master Plan, Zoning Text, Zone Designation, and Site Plan Approval.

Palmer Hill Homes

Working closely with the client, the City of Stamford Planning Board & Zoning Boards, the Town of Greenwich Planning & Zoning, local and state environmental agencies, Redniss & Mead prepared and filed applications for approval to construct 195 residential units, clubhouse and pool facilities.
