We provided engineering services associated with site design, permitting and construction of the Phase 1 expansion of the Greenwich YMCA including a new State of the Art Olympics Aquatics Center with 50 meter by 25 meter. Engineering services included design of site grading, drainage, utilities, erosion controls, pavement, etc. The design required sensitivity to construction logistics in order to maintain business operations during construction and to address site constraints and neighbor concerns.
