Mr. Milone joined the firm in 1997. His responsibilities include project management; team coordination; design and inspections for civil projects. He has managed projects from the feasibility planning stage through the final construction phase. He has knowledge of the regulatory and permitting process, including environmental agencies, at the state and local levels.
Mr. Milone’s civil engineering experience includes storm water management design; hydraulic and hydrologic studies; flood impact studies; roadway improvement design; sanitary sewer systems; culverts; septic systems; dock approvals; and sediment and erosion controls.
Mr. Milone has prepared a hydrologic and backwater analysis on a river within a 3400 acre watershed; reviewed a hydraulic model for a watercourse; prepared dredging calculations; and conducted construction inspections.
A representative listing of projects he has been involved with include Greenwich Armory, Temple Sholom, Whitby School, and Bush Holley Historic Site in Greenwich, The Children’s School, SAC Capital, Archstone Communities (both Stamford projects), and Tresser Square in Stamford, as well as numerous residential projects in the Fairfield County area.
