The Pinnacle – Norwalk

The Pinnacle is the final phase of Waypointe, a 20-year vision coming to life. This mixed-use development combines residential apartments with commercial spaces, creating a continuous pedestrian promenade with restaurants, shops, and public amenities stretching from the original Waypointe site to Matthews Park. Redniss & Mead played a key role in this project from the very beginning and was part of the team which included Toll Brothers and Barton Partners.
R&M provided both planning, surveying, and engineering services. We obtained the necessary Planning & Zoning approvals for the mixed-use development and handled the civil engineering designs, including grading, drainage, utility plans, and sediment and erosion control. Our work facilitated the permitting process, requiring approval from local authorities.
