A high performing civil engineer who has considerable experience managing, directing and monitoring both small and large scale civil engineering projects. He is involved in all phases of development from concept to approvals through to the completion of construction. He has an integral role in the coordinaton of teams including architects, traffic engineers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, municipal landuse officials and environmental agencies at the local, state and federal levels.
