LCB Senior Living – The Residence at Selleck’s Woods

105-unit assisted living/memory care facility. The project included the adaptive re-use of an office building on an underutilized suburban campus. We prepared, submitted, presented and led the planning & zoning application process with the Town of Darien for the necessary Text Amendment and Zone Change approval for the development of this 7.9-acre property; and followed with a site plan and special permit approval for 105 units of Assisted Living and Memory Care. Additional engineering services included site plans for attended parking, drives, landscaping and utility infrastructure.
