LCB Senior Living -The Residence at Summer Street

This project consists of a 104-unit assisted living and memory care facility. We provided planning and surveying consulting for feasibility and due diligence. During the development stage, we provided P&Z consulting services for the approval process which included applications for Text Change, Zone Change, Special Exception, and Site/Architectural Plan approval. In addition, we provided surveying and P&Z consulting services before, during and after construction.
