Planning and Zoning services included Applications for Text Change, Special Exception and Site Plan approval for an “extended stay hotel”. The project is an innovative “infill” redevelopment project in a key location in downtown Stamford which includes several properties. Engineering services include engineered plans for construction depicting the design of site grading, drainage, utilities, erosion controls and team coordination. The project required designing an upgrade to an undersized City owned drainage pipe within the roadway. Surveying services include preparing a Property and Topographic Survey, Consolidation and Easement Maps.
