For this design of adaptive reuse of an existing office building, parking and marina, we provided civil engineering site design services on this redevelopment. Included, was the preparation of plans for site grading, site improvements, utility coordination, sediment and erosion control, parking garage and a drainage impact statement which was used for the local land use process and securing a building permit.
