This is the redevelopment of the Greenwich train station. Over the past several years, we has performed the overall site research and analyses of drainage, grading, sanitary sewer and stormwater systems in preparation of designing the overall site plans. We designed the overall site plan and produced the necessary documents for site plan approvals which included the property and topographic survey, site development plan, site grading plan, the site utilities plan and the sediment and erosion controls plan. A new train station is to replace the more than 50-year-old facility in central Greenwich. New retail space, a new movie theater complex, pedestrian and commuter pathways and a privately owned public park are to be part of the $45 million project, which is led by the Ashforth Company, the owner of Greenwich Plaza, the multi-use development on Railroad Avenue that includes the train station. Much of the plaza is slated to be redone. The project will include a public-private partnership between and Town of Greenwich and The Ashforth Company, Metro-North and the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
