Renovation of an existing church on a 1 acre site in the Town of Greenwich business district. Design responsibilities include: grading, drainage, utilities, underground utility coordination, paving, and sediment and erosion controls. Quality control during construction and as-built certification was performed.
We provides land surveying and site civil engineering services for a significant modernization project for the church including additions and site work. The comprehensive redesign of the ten-acre site improves safety and traffic flow, beautifies the parking areas and landscaping, and increases available playground space in a more secure location. We were also an integral part of the approval team, leveraging our local experience during the approval process and communications with neighbors. Designing a stormwater collection, conveyance, and mitigation system was critical to the regulatory approval.
